Savrli for Investors

The core promise
We don't take a percentage
of the restaurant's revenue.
No commission on covers. No commission on reservations. No commission on delivery. No commission on tickets. No commission on RSVPs. Restaurants pay a flat monthly subscription, optional flat add-ons, or flat per-event fees, and keep every dollar that walks through the door. The only percentage Savrli ever takes is on creator deals brokered through the Network.
How we make money
Every revenue line, every price.
Three customer types. Stacked recurring + flat per-use revenue. Discovery stays free. Restaurants are never charged a percentage of their revenue.
Subscriptions and paid tickets.
Two tiers only. Free and Paid. Never paywall core discovery.
| Revenue stream | Price | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Paid subscription | $7.99 / mo | Unlocks direct messages, promotions and all filters. Sold via web checkout where store rules allow, to avoid the 15–30% Apple/Google take. |
| Event tickets | Pass-through | Users buy event tickets through the App at the restaurant's listed price. The restaurant is charged a flat per-event fee, not a percentage. Savrli takes no cut of the ticket price. |
Flat-fee add-ons, per-event fees, and promotions.
Restaurants bolt on modules. Reservations and delivery connect by API to their existing provider. No backend to build.
| Revenue stream | Price | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Reservations add-on | $10 / mo | Button on the profile that opens the restaurant's reservation provider via API. Guest books with them. Savrli charges the monthly fee. No commission. |
| Delivery add-on | $10 / mo | Same shape as reservations. API connection to the delivery platform; guest orders there. |
| Events add-on | $10 / mo | Flat fee. Unlocks the events panel. Unlimited RSVP and ticketed events at no per-event charge. Includes promotion across the App. |
| — Per-event (no Events add-on) | $50 / event | Restaurants without the Events add-on pay a one-time flat fee per event they host. No subscription required. Still no percentage. |
| Promotions (direct messages) | $5 / mile of reach | Reach-based pricing. A 3-mile direct-message campaign = $15. A 10-mile campaign = $50. |
| Featured placement | TBD | Paid placement on city pages and editor's lists. Pricing model still to be set; will not affect editorial picks. |
A flat take on brokered deals.
This is the only place Savrli takes a percentage. When the Network connects a restaurant to a creator, Savrli takes a flat 10% of the brokered deal.
| Revenue stream | Price | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Creator deals | Flat 10% | The restaurant pays the creator through Savrli; we take a flat 10% as the network fee. Creator keeps 90%. |
The add-on model
Why this scales without a payments backend.
Reservations and delivery are buttons that hand off to the restaurant's existing provider. Savrli earns the monthly fee. Events is the one stream Savrli runs end-to-end (RSVP and tickets through the App), and the restaurant pays a flat fee for it, never a percentage.

Use of funds
Where the round goes.
Illustrative allocation against a $1.5M raise. Built to ship the App + Network, sign the first 500 restaurants, and put the Studios on real ground in 3–5 cities.
| Category | % | Amount | What it buys |
|---|---|---|---|
| Engineering & product | 40% | $600,000 | 2 engineers + 1 product/design lead. Ship the App, the Network back-end, and the Business portal. 18-month runway on this line. |
| Content & creators | 25% | $375,000 | Network onboarding, creator payouts on early brokered deals, Studios original content, photography & reel production across launch cities. |
| Restaurant ops & sales | 20% | $300,000 | 2 city leads + onboarding manager. Target: first 500 restaurants signed across Brooklyn, Lima, Miami, Los Angeles, Marrakech. |
| Marketing & launch | 10% | $150,000 | Pre-launch parties, city-by-city press, paid acquisition for the App, creator-led editorial pushes. |
| G&A and reserves | 5% | $75,000 | Legal, accounting, payments infrastructure (Stripe), insurance, contingency. |
Total raise (illustrative)
Gets Savrli to 500 restaurants, 9 cities, and a clear path to default-alive on recurring + per-event revenue alone.
What we believe
Three rules we won't break.
Never paywall discovery
Browsing, the reels feed, RSVPs and ticket purchases stay free forever. The network effect lives or dies here.
Never take a cut of covers
Restaurants keep 100% of cover, reservation, delivery and ticket revenue. We earn flat subscription and per-event fees. The only percentage Savrli takes is a flat 10% on creator deals brokered through the Network.
Editorial > pay-to-play
Editor's lists and city rankings are never sold. Featured placement (when it ships) will be clearly labeled and ring-fenced from editorial.
